Industrial HVAC automation
Control of air handling and climate systems for industrial and critical environments: regulation, supervision and energy management.
In production environments, air conditioning is not comfort: it is a process parameter. We design and program the automation of industrial climate and air handling systems, from the regulation of individual units to overall supervision.
What the service includes
- Air handling unit (AHU) control: fans, dampers, coils, humidification
- Regulation of temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure and air flow
- Management of chillers, heat pumps, hydronic circuits and heat recovery units
- Seasonal sequences, free-cooling and energy-saving logic
- Pressurisation and pressure cascades in contamination-controlled environments
- Supervision and industrial BMS: alarms, historical data, reports, plant integration
- Logging of environmental parameters for quality and traceability
Critical environments
Where environmental parameters are part of the product specification — cleanrooms, temperature-sensitive processes, laboratories — HVAC must be designed with the same rigour as machine control: tuned loops, meaningful alarms, data recorded continuously and verifiably.
