PLC system engineering
Development of automation logic per IEC 61131-3 on all the main PLC platforms, from the electrical schematic to on-site commissioning.
We design and program the control logic of machines and production lines, from functional analysis with the customer through to FAT/SAT commissioning on the plant floor. We develop to the IEC 61131-3 standard and work on all the main platforms on the market: the choice follows the project and the standards the customer already runs, not a commercial agreement.
Our preferred architecture is PC-based: a single industrial controller for PLC, multi-axis motion, safety and communication, with process data available natively. Less hardware in the panel, better performance on tight synchronisation, and an open system that takes high-level languages and third-party libraries without platform lock-in.
