Design of operator panels and HMI/SCADA interfaces: page structure, alarm handling, recipes and diagnostics that stay readable on the shop floor.
The operator interface is where the machine is actually used. We design it to be quick to read on the shop floor: a consistent page structure, clear states, understandable alarms and actions within reach.
What the service includes
- Page architecture and navigation, consistent across the whole machine
- Alarm and event handling: priorities, history, resolution guidance
- Recipes, parameters and user levels with their permissions
- Diagnostic and maintenance pages (I/O states, drives, network)
- Development on the main vendors’ panels and runtimes and on web HMI (browser)
- Visual guidelines aligned with the customer’s standard
An interface built for the people using it
A good HMI cuts downtime and operator errors: that is why we start from the real tasks of the operator and the maintenance technician, not from a copy of the process diagram.
